Delete your Furbaby account

You can delete your Furbaby app account at any time.

In the app

Open the Furbaby app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Message us on WhatsApp or email jobin@furbaby.in with the mobile number you signed in with. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your login and the link between your phone number and your pets.
Your Ask Furbaby questions and answers.
Your notification settings and notification token.

What your clinic keeps

Your pet's medical records (visits, medicines, vaccinations and appointments) belong to your veterinary clinic, which needs them for your pet's care and keeps them as required by law. Deleting your app account does not delete them. To ask about those records, contact your clinic.
